WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As highlighted in your contract, below is an outline of all payments and documents that are due before your wedding.
No one will be permitted on the property until your account is paid in full and we have received proof of Event Liability Insurance.
First Installment of Venue Fee & Signed Contract - Due upon booking.
Second Installment of Venue Fee - Due 180 days before your event.
Damage Deposit - Due 30 days before your event.
Liability Insurance - Certificate must be sent to Melissa 30 days before your event.
1 Month Meeting - All couples will have an onsite 1 Month Meeting to go over the details of your wedding and for GR to see how we can bless and assist. If you are working with a coordinator your coordinator will conduct this meeting. If you are not working with a coordinator Nicole will reach out 6 weeks prior to your wedding to set this up.
