TIMELINE TIPS

Every event and timeline is different, so while we don't provide a timeline template, here are a few tips to get you started!

• Hire a professional coordinator to help you create a timeline so you don't miss any details. We recommend Kenzie Heckmann Events.

• The property is open from 9am to 11pm. All guests and vendors must be off the property by 11pm.

• Work backwards from how long it takes your vendors to clean up. Sometimes DJs will need extra time to tear down. If they need an hour to clean up, make sure you end early to give them adequate time. Your clean up crew and vendors with their equipment and trash must be off the property by 11pm. Per our contract, failure to vacate by that time will result in an additional fee.

• Make sure you give each of your vendors a copy of your timeline and the venue expectations before your wedding. The more details you can provide, the better!
