Event Liability Insurance
Genesis Ranch requires that all clients have an Event Liability Insurance policy for their event. This policy covers all of your guests and damages while they are on the property and protects you from any financial loss as the host.
Typically costing between $100-$200, this policy gives you $1 million coverage and needs to list Genesis Ranch as an additional insured.
Event Cancellation Insurance
An Event Cancellation policy can help reimburse you for non-refundable payments if cancellation or postponement of your event happens due to unforeseen circumstances. This is not required however, is recommended.
